Annulments

For those who would like to marry but have already been married before and wish to have their first marriage annulled, our Associate Pastor, Fr. Randy Rentner, CSC, will walk with you through the necessary steps.

Statements of nullity are granted through the Diocesan Tribunal Office, and this can be a challenging process at times.  Depending on one’s situation, there might be a lot of documentation that needs to be filled out along the way.  Catholics whose first marriage was a civil marriage only-- and they were not originally married in the Catholic Church -- will have a different process than those whose first marriage was recognized by the Catholic Church.

Regardless of your situation, please call Fr. Randy at 719-633-8711 to discuss your specific circumstances and discern how you may best proceed.
