Simply download the app for free on your device in the Apple Store or in Google Play. Ministry One makes online giving fast and easy. Give one time without creating an account or set up reoccurring payments. Ministry One does not take the place of our current online giving platform.

How Do I Get Started?
1. Download the app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
2. Open the App on your device (click the white cross icon as pictured above) 3. Find Your Church, type in: Sacred Heart Parish 4. Click on Sacred Heart Parish, 2021 Pikes Peak Ave 5. Click on “Select this Church” 6. Click the Giving Icon 7. In “My Donation” - Choose a Fund (this is a list of the 3 churches) - Choose a Sub-fund (this is a list of where the money can be applied) - Enter the amount - Optional Recurring box (set up your information) 8. Select Payment Type (credit card or bank account) 9. Enter Payment Information 10. Click Submit (a thank you email is sent each time you give) |

Does the Ministry One app take the place of the existing Online Giving platform?
No, the Ministry One app does not replace our parish's Online Giving. The purpose of Ministry One is to make online giving even easier for those who do not want to set up an online account or those who may be visiting our parish and want to give one time. Ministry One allows for quick giving online.
Can I use both Online Giving and the Ministry One app to give to Sacred Heart Parish?
Yes! You can keep your Online Giving account and give from the Ministry One app.
Is the Ministry One app safe?
Online Giving meets the highest banking-level security standards set forth by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) to ensure safe and confidential transactions. In fact, your banking information is encrypted in the system and is not accessible to any users or administrators of the Online Giving system. When you manage your own account information, your church never needs to handle checks or worry about locking up documents containing your account information. And you’ll always be certain that your gifts are direct-deposited into your church’s account.
Do I have to set up an online account?
Although we prefer that you set up an online account so you don't have the hassle of trying to remember to make a regular online payment, you do have the option to "Quick Give," making a one time gift/ donation towards a specific church or fund. However, you are still required to provide your personal information such as your name, email address, address and bank information. You can access "Quick Give" at the bottom right hand corner of the Online Giving login page.
How are my contributions automatically deducted from my account?
Once you complete the online registration, the contribution amount you specify will automatically be transferred from your bank account or credit card to the church’s bank account.
When will my contribution be deducted from my account?
Your electronic contribution will be debited on the date you specify on the “My Gifts” page of the Online Giving system.
How often do I give?
You choose how often you would like to give! There are weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual or one-time gift options.
Without a canceled check, how can I prove my contribution?
Your bank statement and the Online Giving system both provide reports that document your electronic transactions. You can easily access your giving history online for tax statements.
Can I put different amounts in offerings and have all of them withdrawn at different times?
You can contribute to different offerings at different times; however, you will have to do each one separately. You will receive a receipt for each one.
What if I change bank accounts?
Log in and update your account information in the “My Payment Schedule” window. Each checking/savings/credit card can be changed using the “edit” button, deleted completely, or new accounts can be added on the right side of the screen.
How much does Online Giving cost?
It costs you absolutely nothing!
What if I try Online Giving and don’t like it?
You can cancel your authorization by deleting your accounts and donation dates at any time.
