Pastoral Care Ministry

Pastoral Care Ministers provide Holy Communion to the sick and elderly who are homebound, or who live in care centers. Must be mandated as an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion (EMHC) in the Diocese of Colorado Springs, and specifically Sacred Heart Church, and be a registered parishioner. Must comply with all Safe Environment requirements.
