Faith Formation Registration
To complete the online registration form and submit your payment.
Faith Formation for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade will meet on Sunday mornings, 10:15-11:25 am in the Parish Center, Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024- April 27, 2025.
Cost is as follows:

NO CHILD WILL BE DENIED FAITH FORMATION DUE TO INABILITY TO PAY. DO NOT ALLOW A LACK OF FUNDS TO KEEP YOU FROM REGISTERING. Contact the Faith Formation Office.
*If you are financially able, please consider donating to the Faith Formation scholarship fund which will help offset costs for Faith Formation registration and youth ministry retreats. All donations are tax deductible.
Children of Catechists attend Faith Formation for FREE. If you are interested in serving as a catechist, please contact Cathy Kusman-Kelly, Faith Formation Director, at 719-633-8711 x105 or email formationdirector@sacredheartcos.org.
